Healing begins with one step - this was mine:)
In 2019, while recovering from the flu, a simple conversation about meditation quietly planted a seed in me. What began as a way to connect socially soon turned into a deeply transformative path. I discovered a community of meditators committed not just to mindfulness, but to true inner change. Until then, I thought I was a calm, happy person. But through meditation and connection, I realized there were deeper layers of healing I hadn’t even begun to touch.

Turning pain into purpose

One day, while on a walk with a friend, I shared stories from my childhood—how shy, soft-spoken, and reserved I used to be. She mentioned life coaching and said, “Everyone should work with a coach at least once in their life.” In my mind, I was rolling my eyes at her suggestion—it sounded unnecessary and maybe even a bit dramatic to me at the time. But her words lingered.
Something about that conversation stuck with me. After some reflection, I took the leap and began working with a life coach. That decision changed everything. 😊
Through coaching, I discovered that I had buried countless emotions deep within me. Slowly, they began to surface. Even now, I continue to use the powerful tools and techniques I learned during that time to understand and manage my emotions.
 

"I Asked 'Why Me?'—The Answer Came in a Book"

A year later, I was diagnosed with granulomatous mastitis—a rare, painful inflammatory condition. I was consumed by fear. “Why me?” I kept asking. One day, while meditating and searching for answers, I remembered a book I had purchased long ago but never actually read.
I began looking for it and started flipping through the pages. Guess which book it was? You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay. I didn’t have the patience to start from the beginning, so I just opened it randomly—and to my surprise, the very first page I landed on spoke about forgiveness.
I kept flipping and reading, and everything I had learned from my coaching sessions and in that moment began to make even more sense.
The one thing I realized was in my control: I could work on myself. And so I did—with all my heart.
Within 14 months, I was free of the physical pain caused by granulomatous mastitis. But even more profoundly, I had healed parts of myself emotionally and spiritually.

From Inner Healing to Guiding Others

Around that time, during a heartfelt conversation with a friend who is a single mother, she shared how her 8-year-old son was struggling to open up and express his emotions. I offered to spend some time with him—just to listen, be there for him, and help in any way I could. Over the next year, I connected with him regularly. That experience brought me immense fulfillment and clarity. I felt deeply aligned with my purpose: to be someone who helps others discover their inner light. Still, I had to face my own self-doubt. But after months of introspection, growth, and healing, I made one of the best decisions of my life—I became a Certified Heal Your Life® Coach. Since then, I’ve fallen, learned, grown… and fallen again. But each time, I’ve risen with greater strength and wisdom.
I now know how to come back to wholeness—to clean up emotionally, to check in with myself, and to keep growing. This journey continues, and I’m honored to walk beside others on theirs. A personal note – I’m a blessed wife and proud mother of two spirited daughters. Everything I teach, I live. I’m not here to “fix” anyone—I’m here to support, guide, and walk with you as you reconnect with the wisdom already within you. Wherever you are on your path, know that you are not alone—and your healing is possible. 💛
